Case Binder Free Privacy Policy
This policy applies to Case Binder Free, an iPhone, iPad, and Mac app from Launchdesk LLC.

Case Binder Free does not collect personal data. Case names, exhibit notes, witness outlines, timeline entries, transcript clips, trial run steps, readiness statuses, and exported files are stored locally on the user's device and are not transmitted to Launchdesk.
When the user exports a CSV manifest or HTML trial packet, iOS, iPadOS, or macOS may show sharing options for other apps and services. Those services are controlled by their own privacy practices.
Case Binder Free does not include a Launchdesk account system, analytics SDK, advertising SDK, tracking SDK, or Launchdesk cloud sync. Apple may provide crash diagnostics through standard App Store developer tools when users choose to share diagnostics with developers.
