ChatProof Support

ChatProof turns exported chat archives into readable local records.

ChatProof is a local app from Launchdesk LLC. It opens user-selected chat export files on the user's device, helps review and search conversations, and exports PDF, HTML, or CSV records.

ChatProof does not require an account and does not upload chat files to Launchdesk.

Local processing

ChatProof processes files selected by the user on the user's device. Chat files and generated reports remain under the user's control.

Supported exports

ChatProof can open common text, CSV, log, and ZIP chat exports and produce clean PDF, HTML, or CSV records.

No backend account

ChatProof has no Launchdesk account system, advertising SDK, or third-party analytics SDK.
