This policy applies to the iPhone and Windows editions of LocalScribe from Launchdesk LLC.

LocalScribe does not collect personal data. Recordings, imported media, generated transcripts, custom vocabulary, edited text, and exported TXT, SRT, or VTT files are processed locally on the user's device and are not transmitted to Launchdesk.
The app only accesses audio and video files selected by the user through system file-picker flows or recordings made after microphone permission is granted. On iPhone, Apple speech recognition may process audio according to Apple's platform behavior and user settings. On Windows, imported WAV recognition uses a speech pack installed on the PC and is not uploaded by LocalScribe.
The app does not include a Launchdesk account system, analytics SDK, advertising SDK, tracking SDK, or Launchdesk cloud sync. Apple may provide crash diagnostics through standard App Store developer tools when users choose to share diagnostics with developers.
