PlanMeasure Takeoff is an iPhone, iPad, and Mac app from Launchdesk LLC. It helps users open blueprint PDFs or plan images, keep an independent scale for each sheet, measure lengths and areas, count items, use trade cost kits with waste factors, edit line item pricing, filter scope, build final bid totals with contingency, overhead, and profit, check estimates, and export bid reports, marked plans, or CSV takeoffs.
PlanMeasure Takeoff does not require an account and does not upload selected plans to Launchdesk.
Supported work
The app supports scale calibration, length takeoffs, area takeoffs, item counts, trade categories, cost kits, waste factors, editable line items, scope filters, bid build calculations, estimate checks, bid report export, marked PDF export, and CSV export.
